Sony

Sony is a brand name of electronics well known for its Sony VAIO computers, quality camcorders and digital cameras, including the Cyber-shot. Sony continues as a leader in televisions, DVD Players and all types of home entertainment equipment. Sony brought you the Playstation, PS3 and finally the PSP for on the go fun.

The Sony VAIO first was introduced as a regular computer and a miniature entertainment center. The logo has continued as new notebook series of the Sony VAIO are introduced as well as subnotebooks, desktops and media centers.

Sony has always established their name in electronics in the area of televisions from the handheld watchman to the 70” flat screen. Sony introduced its first DVD players in 1995 and continues to offer you the perfect companion to your television set for excellence in movie viewing with sharp more vibrant images and great sound quality.

When Sony introduced the Playstation it was almost impossible to keep them on the shelves. Now we have the more advanced PS3 that has sold over 50 million consoles. The PSP, PlayStation Portable, is the first handheld console game and although 2011 will see a new PSP soon; the original has sold over 67 million units.

Sony is no slacker in the digital cameras and camcorders either. The Sony Cyber-shot is its version of the point and shoot camera and has continued with many series of the Cyber-shot being developed throughout the years.
