A start-up company should always have a business plan and growth strategy. Often it helps to hire someone like a business consultant experienced in business plan writing. A business plan consultant may seem like an unnecessary expense to a small start-up company, but it is really an investment in your business that should be a top priority.

Successful business owners will tell you that a business plan can make or break your business.
